5 Whole Body Exercises to Do with Your Terra Core!

Next time you are working out, incorporate these 5 whole body exercises to your routine for an extra challenge during your workout. 



1. Start by standing off the Terra Core 

2. Place one of your foot onto the Terra Core and press through the heel as you step onto the Terra Core. 

3. Bring the other foot to meet the other so you are now standing on the Terra Core. For an extra challenge you can pick your knee up when you are on the Terra Core. 

4. Return to the standing position by bringing one foot down, then the other so both feet meet on the floor.  

5. Do 3 sets of 10 


 1. Start with both hands on the bubble side of the Terra Core.

2. Raise yourself by pushing the ground away from you. 

3. Keeping your core tight and back straight slowly come back down. 

4. Do 3 sets of 10 


1. Start by sitting and leaning back on your Terra Core with your knees bent.

2. Place your fingers in the back of your ear 

3. Lift your torso so you are sitting up straight 

4. Lower your torso so you are back to the same position you started off from. 

5. Do 3 sets of 10 

Bend Over Row 

1. Start by holding the Terra-Core by the side handles.

2. Bend your upper body until it’s almost perpendicular to the floor.

3. Row the Terra-Core upwards into the lower part of your chest, Pause and return to the start position. 

4. Do 5 sets of 5


1. Stand on your Terra Core with your legs hip with apart and toes facing forward. 

2. Drive your hips back and start to bend your knees. 

3. Sit into a squat position while still keeping your heels and toes on the ground, chest up and shoulders back. 

4. Press into your heels and straighten legs to return to a standing upright position.

5. Do 3 sets of 10
