3 Smoothie Recipes That You Can Drink After Your Workout.

Just finished an intense workout on your Terra-Core? It's time to refuel your body and allow it to recover! A good self recovery routine is crucial to maximize the benefits of your workouts. This can be done by nurturing your body with nutrients, drinking water and getting a good night of sleep. 

Here are 3 smoothie recipes for you to try after your workout. 

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

The Ingredients
1 Banana. 
1 table spoon of peanut butter. 
1/2 a cup of milk. (Milk alternatives are okay too) 
1/2 a cup of greek yogurt.
A dash of cinnamon. 

Recipe 

Add the Banana, peanut butter, milk and greek yogurt to your blender and blend it all together. Serve it on a cup and add a dash of cinnamon for a sweet taste! 

Wild Berries Smoothie 

The Ingredients
1 Cup of mix berries
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup of overnight oats in coconut milk 
2 table spoons of organic raw honey 
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder 

Recipe 

The night before make overnight oats with coconut milk. Then mix all the ingredients with the oats in the blender. Enjoy your smoothie! 

Green Smoothie 

The Ingredients
2 Cups of spinach 
1 Lime
2 Cups of water 
1 cup of mango  
1 cup of pineapple 

Recipe

Add the spinach in your blender then add your lime and 2 cups of water, after the spinach is well blended add the fruits to your smoothie and enjoy :)
