Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
1 table spoon of peanut butter.
1/2 a cup of milk. (Milk alternatives are okay too)
1/2 a cup of greek yogurt.
A dash of cinnamon.
Add the Banana, peanut butter, milk and greek yogurt to your blender and blend it all together. Serve it on a cup and add a dash of cinnamon for a sweet taste!
Wild Berries Smoothie
1 Cup of mix berries
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup of overnight oats in coconut milk
2 table spoons of organic raw honey
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
The night before make overnight oats with coconut milk. Then mix all the ingredients with the oats in the blender. Enjoy your smoothie!
2 Cups of spinach
2 Cups of water
1 cup of mango
1 cup of pineapple
Add the spinach in your blender then add your lime and 2 cups of water, after the spinach is well blended add the fruits to your smoothie and enjoy :)
